I would revise Section 1400.08, Subd. 1 <br /> to read as follows: <br /> Subd. 1. Political Signs. All noncommercial signs of any size may be posted <br /> from August 1 in a State general election year until 10 days following the <br /> State general election. For Independent School District No. 282 elections, all <br /> noncommercial signs of any size may be posted from April 1 in a school <br /> election year until ten days following the school election, which is the third <br /> Tuesday in May of every year.
