DESCRIBE THE LONG TERM SOURCE(S) OF FUNDING FOR RECYCLING SERVICES: <br /> The City hauler licensing ordinance requires residential haulers to <br /> provide curbside recycling services to all their residential customers at <br /> no cost to the City. City receives 80% assistance for public* (see <br /> C. DESCRIBE CHANGES TO THE PROGRAM FOR 1994 : below) <br /> None anticipated at this time. <br /> *1B. education, drop off, collection, administration, etc. from Hennepin <br /> County for the Hennepin County portion of the City. City General Fund <br /> reserves are allocated for the drop off center, public education and <br /> administration. The spring and fall clean-up days are funded through <br /> • user fees. <br />
