2. HOW DO YOU PROPOSE TO USE SCORE FUNDING GRANT FUNDS? PLEASE • <br /> DESCRIBE HOW A SCORE FUNDING GRANT WOULD ENHANCE/IMPROVE RECYCLING <br /> EFFORTS IN YOUR COMMUNITY (PLEASE BY VERY SPECIFIC, AND INCLUDE <br /> MEASURABLE GOALS AND ANY PROGRAM CHANGES FOR 1994 ) . <br /> The City of St. Anthony proposes to use SCORE funds to maintain and <br /> increase participation and tonnage collected. A percentage of funds <br /> will also be used for administrative purposes. <br /> 3. HOW WILL THESE ACTIVITIES BE EVALUATED? <br /> The City receives monthly reports of tons collected from its <br /> haulers.
