Dietsch as <br /> individuals, are requesting assistance from the City of St. Anthony in the form of tax increment financing. <br /> Said tax increment financing would be used to enable us to acquire, up-grade and renovate the property <br /> and building presently known as the St. Anthony Bowling Center, 2654 Kenzie Terrace, for use as a <br /> technical /vocational facility. <br /> This facility would be leased long term to the Minneapolis School o'f Massage and Bodywork, Inc. a <br /> technical/vocational institute specializing in somatic education and Federally approved as a 501 c3 <br /> corporation <br /> The proposed redevelopment project is as follows. <br /> Location and legal description: <br /> Address: 2654 Kenzie Terrace <br /> St. Anthony, Mn. <br /> Legal Description: That part of lot 2, lying northwesterly of a line, said line described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the northeast comer of said lot 2; thence southwesterly and drawn <br /> parallel to the northwesterly line of said lot 2 to a point of intersection with the <br /> southwesterly line of lot 2, and there terminating, all in block 2, "St. Anthony <br /> Village Commercial Center Addition No. I", together with that part of the <br /> northeasterly half of Sunset Avenue*Vacated lying northwesterly of the extension <br /> southwesterly of the southeasterly line of the above described tract and lying <br /> southeasterly of the east line of Harding St.; Together with and easement for <br /> parking purposes over that part of lot 2 laying southeasterly of a line commencing <br /> at the-northeast comer of lot 2, and drawn southwesterly and parallel to the <br /> northwesterly line of said lot 2 to a point of intersection with southwesterly line of <br /> said lot 2 in block 2, St. Anthony Village Commercial Center Addition Number <br /> One, Hennepin County, Minnesota. <br />
