Housing and Redevelopment Authority Meeting Minutes
August 13, 1996
Page 4 - •
There was Council consensus to discuss this issue at the next work session. Mr.
O'Brien acknowledged that there was time in the construction schedule to
postpone a decision on this item.
D. Scoreboard.
Mr. O'Brien stated he had reviewed the information regarding alternate
scoreboards received from City Manager. He noted the alternative
scoreboard would work but was of a lesser quality than the proposed
scoreboard. Ms. Hermann stated the total
cost of the proposed scoreboard and installation was $6,061.00.
Wagner noted the proposed scoreboard included a cage and the improved
display. Discuss Asbestos Abatement Consultants' Proposals.
Mr. O'Brien explained two bids had been received to.write the
specifications for demolition of the hazardous material in the current City
Hall building.
Ms. Hermann reported IEA had provided a bid to write the specifications
for$800.00 and provide project management for$18,000.00 to •
$22,000.00.
