Change Order No. 10: Modifications to Hydronic Lines. 3 Mr. O'Brien explained this change order is to provide covering of the hydronic 4 lines in the classrooms. These covers were not included in the original bid. 5 Mayor Ranallo asked why they were not included. 6 Mr. O'Brien stated this was due to an oversight of the mechanical engineering 7 firm. He explained these lines supplement baseboard radiation in the classroom 8 and should be covered. 9 Motion by Wagner, second by Marks to approve Change Order No. 10, 10 Modifications to Hydronic Lines in an amount not to exceed $468.00. 11 Motion carried unanimously. 12 C. Change Order No. 11: Electrical Modifications for Council Chamber Equipment. 13 Ms. Hermann explained this change order included two items which were the • result of meeting with the Management Assistant and Consultant Pat Cook. One �J portion of the change order was to move the open area in the floor of the Council 16 Chamber to allow more room between the podium and the counsel. The other 17 portion was to add a receptacle to the lobby to allow the capability to provide a 18 monitor in that area at a later date. 19 Enrooth stated he agreed with the receptacle in the lobby but questioned the first 20 portion of the change order as the final arrangement of the Council Chamber had 21 not yet been determined. 22 Mornson asked if it was necessary to determine this modification immediately. 23 Ms. Hermann stated this had to be done now because it will affect how the floor is 24 poured. 25 Mayor Ranallo stated the City had not hired anyone to design the cable system for 26 the Council Chambers and questioned if this change would be premature. 27 Mr. O'Brien stated based on the walk through of the City Hall/Community Center 28 this evening and the possible changes to the Council Chambers, he felt this 29 change order was premature. •
