97-07 Preston Williams, M.D., Garage Setback Permit Request. The Planning • <br /> Commission voted (6-0) to recommend approval of Dr. Williams' request to <br /> reconstruct his garage in the same footprint as his current garage. <br /> III. Other Business. <br /> 1. Apache Medical Building. Mr. Jeff Wirth presented a proposed <br /> comprehensive sign plan and a-proposed amendment for signage for <br /> professional/medical buildings. Staff, Commissioner Makowske and Chair <br /> Bergstrom will work with Mr. Wirth to develop language for a proposed <br /> amendment to the Ordinance regarding definitions, allowable uses and <br /> signage for medical/professional buildings. <br /> 2. Discussed presentation of the draft of the Comprehensive Plan- at the July <br /> Planning Commission meeting. Chair Bergstrom that the Commissioners <br /> receive copies of the draft before the meeting so that they will have an <br /> opportunity to review it before the meeting. <br /> 3. Commissioner Gondorchin presented a draft of a letter to the City Council <br /> regarding the City's control of on-sale liquor licenses that he and.Chair <br /> Bergstrom prepared. It was agreed to present it to the Council at the next <br /> City Council meeting. • <br /> The meeting adjourned at 10:00 p.m. <br />
