I CITY OF ST. ANTHONY HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING MINUTES JUNE 9, 1997 4 I. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. 5 The meeting was called to order at 8:48 P.M. 6 II. ROLL CALL. 7 Commissioners Present: Chair Ranallo, Vice Chair Enrooth, Secretary Marks, and 8 Commissioners Wagner and Faust. 9 Also Present: Executive Director Michael Morrison and City Attorney William Soth. 10 Commissioners Absent: None. 11 III. APPROVAL OF JUNE 9, 1997 HRA AGENDA. 12 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the June 9, 1997 HRA Agenda as 13 presented. 14 Motion carried unanimously. 15 IV. APPROVAL OF MAY 13, 1997 HRA MINUTES. 16 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the May 13, 1997 HRA minutes as 17 presented. 408 Motion carried unanimously. 19 V. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. 20 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the following claims: 21 A. BRW in the amount of $9,082.44 for professional services rendered March 22, 22 1997 through April 25, 1997 in regard to the Comprehensive Plan Update. 23 B. Dorsey & Whitney in the amount of $2,614.94 for legal services rendered 24 through April 30, 1997 in regard to purchase of the Tires'Plus building. 25 C. General Office Products, Co. in the amount of$1,164.53 for furniture, City 26 Hall/Community Center. 27 D. KKE Architects, Inc. in the amount of$13,093.88 for billing through April 25, 28 1997 for services rendered, SAV Liquor. 29 E. Central Lock & Safe Company in the amount of$735.05 for rekeying of locks 30 for the St. Anthony Police Department. 31 F. Sterling in the amount of$808.92 for relocation of master intercom in Police 32 Department. 33 G. Williams/O'Brien Associates, Inc. in the amount of$6,962.38 for services 34 rendered through April 28, 1997 for Demolition Contract, Parkview Building. 35 H. Norwest Investment Services, Inc. in the amount of$68,260.59 for interest due 6 for tax increment note April 29, 1996 to April 1, 1997. 7 Motion carried unanimously.
