St. Marie Company in the amount of$724,000.00. 4 Motion carried unanimously. 5 VI. APPROVE 1996 HRA AUDIT. 6 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the audit report for the City of St. 7 Anthony Housing and Redevelopment Authority for the year ended December 31, 8 1996, as presented by Stuart J. Bonniwell on May 27, 1997 and dated April 15, 1997. I 9 Motion carried unanimously. I 10 VII. OTHER BUSINESS. 11 Mornson reported the Tollefson house has been demolished. 12 Mornson reported Mr. Scheckpepper of Dorsey and Whitney will be preparing the 13 purchase order for the "Kentucky Fried Chicken" lot. That agreement will be on the 14 June 24, 1997 agenda along-with a request for an Environmental Phase 1 Report. 15 Mornson reported he has been working with the owner of the property located at 2546 • 16 Kenzie Terrace and he has agreed to a purchase price of$82,500. Mornson suggested 17 the HRA purchase the property. Mornson also suggested the HRA should begin to 18 work on a marketing plan for this area. The HRA directed Mornson to begin the 19 purchase of this property. 20 Mornson reported Mr. Bruce Nedegaard has requested an extension for completion of 21 his townhome project. The current deadline included in the development agreement is 22 December of 1997 and there are still two buildable units to be completed. He noted 23 Mr. Arnie Gregory may also request an extension for his development. 24 _ 25 There was consensus by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority to grant the 26 extension. 27 VIII.
