Mike Mornson City Manager City of Saint Anthony Village 3301 Silver Lake Road Saint Anthony Village, MN 55418 RE: Central Park Dear Mike, Per your request, we are honored to submit this proposal for Park and Planning Recreational Consulting Services to the City of St. Anthony Village. It is our Transportation understanding that the City would like to engage BRW to facilitate a series of Engineering monthly citizens task force meetings regarding the redesign and development of 0 ban Design Central Park. We further understand that the meeting series would begin in late July and conclude in December or January. It is likely that the task force will also aresher Square 700 Third street so. require some technical, design and cost estimating assistance during this process. Minneapolis, To that end,we propose to provide our full range of consulting services including MN 55415 the facilitation of the five or six meetings. 612/370-0700 Fax 612/370-1378 We propose to provide these service on an hourly basis with an estimated total, maximum fee of$2,500 not including reimbursable expenses. This will allow the Denver task force and the City the flexibility to utilize BRW as a resource while building Milwaukee consensus for the long range park master plan. We estimate the meetings will run Minneapolis approximately two hours each. We have attached a copy of our hourly rate Newark schedule for your information. We estimate reimbursable expenses will run Orlando approximately$250. Billing will be monthly,net 30 days.
