CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 00-080 <br /> A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT <br /> AND-ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted June 27, 2000, a report was <br /> prepared by WSB & Associates, Inc. with reference to the improvement of: <br /> • Wilson Street from 29`h Avenue NE to 30`h Avenue NE <br /> • West Armour Terrace from Roosevelt Street to Silver Lake Road <br /> • 30' Avenue NE from Wilson Street to Silver Lake Road <br /> WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is <br /> necessary, cost-effective,sand feasible. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony: <br /> 1) will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report at an <br /> estimated total cost of the improvement of$1,576,100.00. <br /> 2) hereby designates WSB & Associates, Inc as the engineer for this improvement.
