' 1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br /> 1 This project has been entitled the 2001 Street and Utility Improvement Project. This project <br /> provides for the street and utility reconstruction on Wilson Street from 29`h Avenue to <br /> 30`h Avenue, 30`h Avenue NE from Wilson Street to Silver Lake Road and West Armour <br /> Terrace from Roosevelt Street NE to Silver Lake Road. The project includes the <br /> construction of a storm sewer outlet and overflow from a future pond located between <br /> Harding Street and Silver Lake Road North of 301 Avenue NE. <br /> ' This Feasibili ty R ep ort outlines the proposed construction of approxi m ately 3,900 feet of 30- <br /> ' foot (30) urban section streets, complete with bituminous paving and concrete curb and <br /> gutter. Also proposed is the replacement of approximately 3,500 feet of water main, and <br /> 2,100 feet of sanitary sewer main,approximately 67 water services,and the new installation <br /> 1 of 3,100 feet of storm sewer ranging from 15 inches (15") to 48 inches (48") in diameter. <br /> A total estimated project cost is $1,576,100. Funding for the project will come from the <br /> city's street and utility reconstruction funds, the Minnesota Department of Natural <br /> Resources, and special assessments. <br /> ' The project reconstruction can be completed, including the first lift of bituminous and all <br /> restoration items, in 2001.
