INTRODUCTION <br /> ' 2.1 Authorization <br /> On June 27, 2000 the City of St. Anthony City Council authorized the preparation <br /> of an engineering Feasibility Report for the 2001 Street and Utility Improvement <br /> Project. This project was authorized under City of St. Anthony Resolution 00-056. <br /> ' 2.2 Scope <br /> 1 This project provides for the street and utility reconstruction on Wilson Street from <br /> 29t1 Avenue to 30'h Avenue,30t1 Avenue NE from Wilson Street to Silver Lake Road <br /> and West Amour Terrace from Roosevelt Street NE to Silver Lake Road. <br /> The project also proposes to replace the current storm sewer system in Wilson Street, <br /> from 29t1 Avenue to 30t1 Avenue for future connection at 31s' Avenue NE; 30i1 <br /> Avenue NE, to provide outlet for future pond north of 30'h Avenue and East of <br /> Harding Street; and West Armour Terrace,to provide an outlet from a low area north <br /> of West Armour Terrace. <br /> It is also proposed that the existing 12-inch(12")VCP sanitary sewer pipe in Wilson <br /> Street from 29t1 Avenue to 30th Avenue be replaced to a lower elevation to eliminate <br /> storm sewer conflicts at 30t1 Avenue NE and West Armour Terrace, and to resolve <br /> sanitary sewer issues in this portion of the City.
