ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 01-091 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE <br /> PERMIT FOR 2900 PENTAGON DRIVE <br /> WHEREAS, The Village Blend has requested a conditional use permit for the sale of beverages <br /> for consumption on the premises and a restaurant located less than 250 feet from a <br /> residential district, for 2900 Pentagon Drive; and <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the St. Anthony Planning Commission on <br /> November 20, 2001 and the Planning Commission recommended Council's <br /> approval of said request. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves the request for a conditional use permit by The Village Blend for the sale of <br /> • beverages for consumption on the premises and a restaurant located less than 250 feet from a <br /> residential district for 2900 Pentagon Drive. <br /> Adopted this day of , 2001. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
