ANTHONY,PROVIDED BY THE LEAGUE OF <br /> MINNESOTA CITIES INSURANCE TRUST,COVERNING THE <br /> PERIOD OF JUNE 1, 2002 THROUGH MAY 31, 2003 . <br /> BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby approves the following <br /> Insurance coverage totaling$181,232: <br /> Includes$10,000 deductible per occurance/$50,000 aggregate. <br /> 1. Property $ 9,285 <br /> 2. Inland Marine $ 2,594 <br /> 3. Boiler/Machinery $ 1,874 <br /> 4. Blanket Bond/Fidelity $ 808 <br /> 5. Automobile $16,123 <br /> 6. General Liability $41,232 <br /> 7. No Fault/Sewer Back-up $ 3,502 <br /> 8. Open Meeting Law $ 756 <br /> 9. Volunteers Accident Plan $ 1,161 <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that the City Council of the.City of St. Anthony hereby <br /> approves the workers' compensation coverage totaling$67,373,which includes Employee <br /> Managed Care Plan; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby <br /> approve General Star Indemnity as the City's off-sale liquor liability carrier at a cost of <br /> $12,509; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby <br /> approve Minnesota Joint Underwriting Association as the City's on-sale liquor liability carrier at a <br /> cost of$24,015; and <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves renewal of its municipal and liquor insurance coverage with the League of <br /> Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust, for the period June 1,2002 through May 31,2003. <br /> Adopted this day of , 2002 <br /> ATTEST: Mayor <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
