16 <br /> CITY OF ST ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 02-048 <br /> A RESOLUTION REGARDING WAIVER ON TORT <br /> LIABILITY LIMITS FOR LMCIT INSURANCE PROGRAM <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony approved participation in the <br /> League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust(LMCIT)insurance program <br /> for the year 2002; and <br /> WHEREAS: the City has elected to purchase liability coverage in amount of$1,000,000, <br /> which is the statutory limits on tort liability as set forth in MN Statues 466.04 <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City of St.Anthony <br /> hereby approves the waiving of the monetary limits on tort liability established by MN Stature <br /> 466.04 to the extent of the limits of the liability coverage obtained from LMCIT for the policy <br /> period from June 1,2002 to May 31,2003. <br /> Adopted this day of ,2002 <br /> ATTEST: Mayor <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
