While the garage would be located at least 13 <br /> feet from -the right-of-way, it would be at least 31 feet <br /> from the roadway itself. <br /> 5. Variances for setbacks from the street have been regu- <br /> larly granted in this area, including a variance to <br /> build 20 feet from the right-of-way which was granted to <br /> the neighbor to the east in 1980 . <br /> 6 . The house plans have been reduced from original archi- <br /> tectural designs in order to accommodate the setback <br /> requirement.
