- a - <br /> The ,tanager reported that the City Attorney was still conferring; <br /> with the Walbon ' s legal representative regarding the City' s <br /> notification that the Walbon Property along Highway 8 is ,being <br /> utilized in a manner which violates the zoning of that property, <br /> and he agreed to contact Central Engineering regarding clearning <br /> up their property. <br /> Mr. Childs reported there had been two applicants besides qtr. <br /> Jones for the two openings on the Planning Commission which would <br /> be filled by the Council January 10 .
