Childs, City Manager <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------------------ <br /> SUMMARY DISCUSSION OF SUBJECT: The Zoning Ordinance states that in a Recrea- <br /> tional Open Space District , ''All structures shall be constructed of a material and <br /> of a design which is compatible with the natural environment as determined by the <br /> Planning Commission and Council . . . . .''. The attached plans relate to the new <br /> clubhouse addition at Gross Golf Course.
