ANTHONY <br /> NOTICE OF HEARING <br /> SIGN VARIANCE <br /> TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing by the <br /> Planning Commission of the City of St. Anthony on Tuesday, February <br /> 2.1 , 1989 at 7:35 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, <br /> 3301 Silver Lake Road (enter northeast corner) for the following <br /> purpose: <br /> Request from Salvation Army Thrift Store, 2500 - 38th Avenue <br /> N.E. , for a variance from the Sign Ordinance of the City Code <br /> to allow two 7' X 3' ( 21 square feet each) signs to be -located <br /> on the canopy at the above location in addition to the <br /> existing 50' X 3' wall sign. <br /> - The Sign Code allows one wall sign per business, not larger <br /> than 150 square feet in sign surface area. ' This variance <br /> request is for two additional signs, totalling an additional <br /> 42 square feet in sign .surface area. <br /> • Anyone wishing to be heard with .reference to the above matter will <br /> be heard at said time and place.
