The foundation wail has some cracks in it, but these do not appear to be <br /> adversely affecting the stability of the building. <br /> B. The Interior is generally In good shape except for the north end of the building which has some <br /> water damage, and apparently corresponding electrical problems due to the water penetration. <br /> C. The bathrooms are presently not handicapped accessible, and would have to be modified If a <br /> slgnifcant amount of Interior remodeling Is done. <br /> D. Conclusions: The building Is in need or trim, �glf ana�o rep lr, but �s otherwise <br /> In reasonably sound condltion--ft appears wo ma ntains size an o on fit Into the long <br /> range plans for the camp. <br /> 3. Elizabeth Quinlan Building: <br /> • It appeared to be In the best shape of the three buildings surveyed with no visible damage or areas <br /> in need of repair-4t presently Is being used for crafts and other functions and is apparently being <br /> considered for potential use as a Staff dorm.
