Therefore,treatment to NURP recommended standards will <br /> be required. However, due to site restrictions, it is suggested that a 5:1 slope could replace the 10:1 bench <br /> requirement at the normal water elevation. <br /> • The developer should receive approval of the development plan from the MPCA. <br /> • Due to existing soil contamination,the pond should be lined to address any concerns of the MPCA. <br /> • The outlet from the proposed ponding area should provide skimming for floatable materials. This may be <br /> accomplished by submerging the outlet pipe below the normal water elevation.
