Ruth advised the committee of the handling ,of our recommendation <br /> on alcohol use at the March 15th School Board meeting. She also <br /> presented a copy of the excellent article covering this meeting <br /> as published in the Bulletin on March 18th. <br /> Ruth, Jan and Evelyn plan to be present. at the next School Board <br /> meeting when the second reading of this policy recommendation <br /> is scheduled. <br /> 6. In the absence of Jim Stephens, the matter relating to the <br /> Lion's Club speaker was tabled until our next monthly meeting. <br /> New Business: <br /> 1. Evelyn read an article published in Madison, Wisconsin entitled <br /> "In Memory of Jim" relating the impact of chemical abuse on <br /> their loved ones. <br /> 2.
