The addendum concerned tanning booths and the Commission recommended <br /> speaking to the City .Attorney on this matter. <br /> Mr. Hamer met with Tom McMullen of the school district concerning their request for <br /> fencing at the parks. It is felt this cannot be done because of space problems. <br /> Mr. Hamer also mentioned the topic of the bathrooms at the parks and when they should <br /> be open. <br /> Mr. Childs will attend a meeting on union contracts on April 22nd and asked the <br /> Department Heads to contact him if they wanted to make any changes in the 1983 <br /> contracts. Chief Hickerson reported that MAPSI will be patrolling this Saturday, <br /> April 24th and next Saturday, May 1st. Mr. Childs asked Mr. Berg to contact the <br /> new gun importers and imported beer wholesaler businesses regarding occupancy permits. <br /> Lee Entner presented several items for discussionu They were: <br /> (1) Cards containing pertinent information on all the businesses in the City. <br /> These would be used for emergency purposes. <br /> (2) He has had discussions with C.G. Rein (owners of Apache Plaza) regarding <br /> paint clogged sprinkler heads; the Furniture Barn and underground gas tanks <br /> which should have been removed but so far have not.
