Who will be responsible for handling legal work . . . <br /> All legal work , which I expect to be limited , will be han- <br /> dled by the city attorney or an attorney of your choice , who <br /> will be working closely with the program manager , Mr . Krier , <br /> and the city manager . <br /> f . Who will be responsible for handling construction management . . . <br /> If construction management is to be handled , Mr . Dennis Marhula , <br /> of Westwood Planning & Engineering will be project manager , <br /> responsible to Mr . Richard Krier and the city manager . I <br /> do not expect , nor do we propose , to do any major construction <br /> projects relative to this proposal . Any incidental construc- <br /> tion. management , such as review of the developer ' s activities <br /> after their completion and before the HRA certifies to their <br /> release , will be reviewed and handled by Mr . Krier and Mr . <br /> Marhula ; the cost for the latter type of construction manage- <br /> ment associated with redevelopment and not with public im- <br /> provements , is included in the fees as presented . <br />
