Anthony attor- <br /> ney or an attorney of your choice ; in the budget , we estima- <br /> ted that the attorney ' s fees for all activities , including li <br /> bond sales , general legal advice , condemnation , contract <br /> review , would not exceed more than 390 of the acquisition <br /> cost . This number was arrived at through experience in <br /> other similar projects , as well as experience in urban <br /> renewal projects . Our fees , based on a percentage of the <br /> acquisition costs , were arrived at from a sliding scale <br /> which we have previously used .
