-5- <br /> Motion by Councilman Marks and seconded by Councilman Enrooth to <br /> adopt the resolution which approves the Brown 's Terrace Final Plat <br /> • subject to the administrative corrections being made by the City Attorney . <br /> RESOLUTION 82-022 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE BROWN ' S TERRACE PLAT <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Mr. Soth capsulized the agreement between the City and Sunset Memorial <br /> Park whereby the Cemetery Association will be permitted to construct, <br /> use, and maintain a private roadway parallel to the Burlington Northern <br /> railroad tracks and running beneath the new St. Anthony Boulevard <br /> Bridge. He said, although he has not spoken directly to the railroad <br /> officials , he believes any objections they might have to the roadway <br /> construction have been adequately covered in the agreement. Mr. Childs <br /> confirmed that the consulting engineer has contacted the railroad <br /> regarding this project. <br /> Fred Ossanna III , Vice President and General Manager of Sunset was <br /> present and answered questions about the proposed construction. <br /> Motion by Councilman Marks and seconded by Councilman Letourneau to <br /> adopt the resolution which approves the agreement between the City and <br /> Sunset Memorial Park with changes in the wording recommended by the <br /> City Attorney . <br /> RESOLUTION 82-024 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND <br /> CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br /> SUNSET MEMORIAL PARK ASSOCIATION, INC. <br /> AND THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Mr. Childs had given the reasons the assessment rolls on the Anthony <br /> Lane North improvement project had to be revised but said , since the <br /> final assessed costs are $18 , 938 less than the original public hearing <br /> estimates , there have been no objections from the affected property <br /> owners .
