ANTHONY <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> The Manager indicated Councilman Ranallo's suggestion that there be a <br /> provision for future raises in Metro Waste charges written into the <br /> proposed Sewer Rate Ordinance had been approved by the City Attorney <br /> as a safe alternative in respect to litigation since the precedent <br /> had been set by the utilities who include a fuel clause in their <br /> billings to cover the raises in gas costs which their provider has <br /> passed on them.
