The <br /> Redeveloper shall be responsible <br /> for such per unit share multiplied <br /> by the number of units to be <br /> constructed by the Redeveloper on <br /> the balance of Phase II and on <br /> Phase III. <br /> (c) Walker , at the time of .initial <br /> endorsement by HUD of the <br /> development of Building B , agrees <br /> to provide its pro-rata share of <br /> any cash escrows required by HUD to <br /> assure the completion of the road <br /> construction , maintenance and <br /> landscaping as aforesaid , but <br /> Redeveloper shall not be required <br /> to do, so unless and until the <br /> balance of Phase II is conveyed in <br /> fee simple to the Redeveloper . If <br /> initial endorsement by HUD occurs <br /> prior to the conveyance of the <br /> • balance for Phase II to the <br /> Redeveloper , the Agency shall <br /> provide the cash escrow required by <br /> HUD which exceeds Walker 's share . <br /> At the time the balance of Phase II <br /> is conveyed to the Redeveloper , the <br /> Redeveloper shall reimburse the <br /> Agency for the cash escrow so <br /> provided.. <br /> 5 .
