"food for" after "costs of" . <br /> 12 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 3 LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS <br /> 14 Motion by Ranallo, seconded by Marks to - grant contractors licenses to <br /> 15 Schmieg & Washburn ( E.S. I . Signs ) , St. Paul and to St. Paul Utilities , <br /> 16 Inc. , Hugo, MN, as presented in the December 8., 1987 Council agenda <br /> 17 packet. <br /> 18 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 19 CLAIMS <br /> 20 Motion by Marks , seconded by Enrooth . to approve payment -of - all liquor <br /> 21 accounts payable listed for November Nth in the. December .8th Council , <br /> 22 agenda as well as. the 6 payments to Cindy Carpenter.:, , which had been <br /> 23 tabled November . 24th for. further information -from the City Manager <br /> 24 who had reported the payee was a. disc jockey who, in addition to <br /> 25 playing records , had: also been reimbursed for decorations and records <br /> 26 for the Stonehouse record sessions .
