(i) Height of the multiple dwelling in stories . (j ) Exterior finish of building . Is 530 . 06 Application Execution. The application shall be subscribed and sworn to by the owner, and shall be signed by the owner if a natural person, an officer if a corporation, or a partner if a partnership . The owner ' s signature on the application will constitute a consent by the owner to be bound by notices sent to the person referred to in Subsection 530 . 05 , Subd . 2 (b) , and appointment of that person as the owner ' s agent for service of process . 530 . 07 Issuance and Term. Upon approval by the Council , the City Clerk will issue a license to the owner of the multiple dwelling . A license is personal to the owner of a specified multiple dwelling . No license may be transferred to a purchaser of a multiple dwelling or to any other person or entity. If a multiple dwelling is sold, the purchaser may not own or operate the multiple dwelling without first obtaining the license provided for in this Section. A license will be valid for one year from the date issued, and will terminate on a date one year after the date of issuance unless renewed in accordance with this Section . 5-2
