Brewer <br /> October 24, 1990 <br /> Page #3 <br /> were able to reduce the number of rebars that the county was <br /> going to require installed by drilling into the old pavement. <br /> This was a change in county policy that was not indicated to SEH <br /> until after construction had begun and Mr. Dave Zetterstrom of <br /> Hennepin County called the meeting to review the existing pave- <br /> ment. <br /> The total invoiceable amount, including the invoice not yet <br /> prepared and combining both contracts, is $7, 649.89. . The <br /> combined engineering contracts total $9,000.00. The combined <br /> engineering contracts with Mr. Burt's understanding of $6,345.00 <br /> instead of $7,000.00 is $8,345.00.
