REPORTS • <br /> 25 <br /> 26 A. Council Reports <br /> 27 <br /> 78 1 . Councilmember Wagner had nothing to report at this time. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 2. Councilmember Fleming advised she met with the Police Chief regarding <br /> 31 the Local Crime Watch Program in the City. This matter had been discussed <br /> 32 at the last Council meeting. The Chief noted that only a portion of the <br /> 33 City residents participate in the Program. It has proven very beneficial <br /> 34 to those areas in which it has been activated. <br /> 36 3. Councilmember Enrooth reported on the most recent meeting of the <br /> 37 Association of Metropolitan Municipalities. Options for use of taxes <br /> 38 were reviewed by the AMM and what the organization will be presenting <br /> 39 to the Legislature was discussed. The uses of various taxes collected <br /> 40 were also reviewed. <br /> 41 <br /> 42 4. Councilmember Marks attended the Planning and Zoning Institute presented <br /> 43 by the Government Training Center. He also serves on the faculty of the <br /> 44 Institute. Two of these meetings were held, one at the Earle Brown Center <br /> 6i; -on--the St- Paul- campus of the- University of Minnesota and the--second- i-n-_ - <br /> 46 Austin, Mn.
