Section 5: DIRECTION OF TRAVEL DURING UNRESTRICTED SPEED TIMES: During the hours in which unrestricted operating speeds are permitted, all motorboats shall travel and be operated in a counterclockwise direction around Silver Lake. Section 6: NONSANCTIONED RACING PROHIBITED: Racing, that is the participation of two (2) or more operators of motorboats operating their motorboats in a competition of speed, shall be prohibited on the waters of Silver Lake unless the same takes place as part of a scheduled or public race, regatta, tournament or other competition or exhibition duly sanctioned by the county sheriff pursuant to Section 361.20 of the Minnesota Statutes, as amended. Section 7: ENFORCEMENT: The enforcement of this Ordinance shall be the primary responsibility of the Ramsey".County Sheriff's Department, and the City of St. Anthony's peace officers. Other licensed peace officers, including Conservation Officers of the Department of Natural Resources of the State of Minnesota, are also authorized.
