Urban Hennepin County Community Development Block Grant <br /> 9 Program, Year XIX ( Resolution No. 93-021 ) <br /> 10 <br /> 11 The public hearing was opened by Mayor Ranallo at 7 : 40 p .m. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 The City Manager advised that the funds from the C-r)BG Program <br /> 14 in Hennepin County had decreased nearly $10 , 000 . This decrease <br /> 15 is due to a decline in the population as well as other <br /> 16 factors . Staff is recommending an increase in funding for <br /> 17 senior citizen programs and that the single family rehab <br /> 18 program receive the remaining funds . <br /> 19 <br /> 20 Motion by Marks , second by Wagner to close the public hearing <br /> 21 at 7 : 42 p.m. <br /> 22 <br /> 23 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 24 <br /> 25 <br /> Motion by Marks , second by Wagner to approve Resolution No . <br /> 93-021 being a resolution approving projected use of funds for <br /> 408, 1993 (Year XIX) of the Urban Hennepin County Community <br /> 29 Development Block Grant Program. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 <br /> 32 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 33 <br /> 34 <br /> 35 COUNCIL MEETING RECESS <br /> 36 <br /> 37 Motion by Enrooth, second by Marks to recess the Council <br /> 38 Meeting at 7 : 44 p.m. for an HRA meeting. <br /> 39 <br /> 40 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 41 <br /> 42 <br /> 43 The Council Meeting was reconvened at 7 : 55 p .m. <br /> 44 <br /> 45 <br /> 46 B.
