Subd. 19. Conditional Use. A use which is not classified as a permitted use but <br /> which may be permitted subject to conditions imposed by the Council. <br /> Subd. 20. Condominium. Property to be owned and conveyed in accordance with <br /> the Minnesota Condominium Act, Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 515. <br /> Subd. 21. Day Care Facility. A facility regulated by state law where adult <br /> supervision and care is provided for three or more children. <br /> Subd. 22. Deck. A platform projecting from the wall of a building or constructed on <br /> top of a building designed to be used by people as space which is part of the <br /> structure. <br /> Subd. 23. Drive-In Facility. A facility from which a product or service-is dispensed, <br /> sold, rendered, or from which business is transacted, between a business <br /> establishment and persons in- vehicles. <br /> Subd. 24. Dwelling and Dwelling Unit. A building or a unit in a building intended <br /> to be occupied by a person or persons as a place of residence,but excluding rooms in <br /> motels, hotels, nursing homes and boarding homes, and excluding trailers and <br /> tents. <br /> Subd. 25. Dwelling, Multiple. A building with three or more dwelling units, access <br /> to which is provided from a common internal hallway. <br /> Subd. 26 Dwelling, Single-Family. A dwelling designed to accommodate one <br /> family. <br /> Subd 27. Dwelling, Two--Family. A dwelling designed to accommodate two <br /> families in separate dwelling units, each unit with its own means of access. <br /> Subd. 28. Fad. One person or two or more persons each related to the others by <br /> blood, marriage, adoption, or foster care, or a group of not more than the owner of a <br /> residence plus three persons not so related occupying the residence and <br /> maintaining a common household and using common cooking and kitchen <br /> facilities. <br /> Subd. 29. Fast Food Restaurant. A restaurant in which the primary method of <br /> dispensing and selling food is over the counter directly to the customer for <br /> consumption on the premises or elsewhere, excluding restaurants in which more <br /> than 20% of the gross sales are through table service. <br /> 16-4 <br />
