Thank you <br /> for your, assistance 'in - helping us work with Saint <br /> Anthony Village in-our- desire to- establish a home for <br /> people with .Alzheimer. <br /> I have enclosed a copy of the letter from Evelyn <br /> Turner from the City of Coon Rapids related . to how <br /> : Coon Rapids. works with us and also a diagram of tha <br /> driveway ..to assist in your determination of- the <br /> number of off sheet parking.- .Each home will .have one <br /> enclosed garage. . <br /> _.The staffing- pattern of each home has one- person at <br /> the home--24 hours, a day. 'There will be 24 hours a day <br /> care of the: people.' At•' various times there will be <br /> another person at .the home- working to- assist between <br /> the- homes with social activities. Thus at times there _ <br /> will be a.' total of* three people working between the <br /> two homes.:. Weekly ,the supervisor, will be at the home <br /> to ensure proper operations. - Margaret ' and I also <br /> visit all of our . homes : frequently. Family members <br /> will - also visit. I would estimate and be hopeful <br /> that family, members ;would visit ,once, a week. In <br /> summary, there will always be a total of two people, <br /> sometimes a supervisor.
