1 CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br /> 3 JULY 12, 1994 <br /> 4 I. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br /> 5 The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led <br /> 6 by Mayor Ranallo. <br /> 7 II. ROLL CALL. <br /> 8 Councilmembers Present: Ranallo, Marks, Enrooth, Wagner, and Fleming. <br /> 9 Also Present: Michael Mornson, City Manager <br /> 10 III. APPROVAL OF JULY 12, 1994 COUNCIL AGENDA. <br /> 11 Motion by Marks, second by Fleming to approve the July 12, 1994 Council Agenda <br /> 12 with the following changes: <br /> 13 Under "Unfinished Business" remove "A. Muffler Shop Conditional Use Permit". <br /> Following "Approval of June 28, 1994 Minutes" add "Liquor Store Relocation." <br /> 15 Motion carried unanimously,. <br /> 16 IV. APPROVAL OF JUNE 28, 1994 COUNCIL MINUTES. <br /> 17 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the June 28, 1994 Council minutes <br /> 18 with the following changes: <br /> 19 Page 5, line 17: Replace "July 11th" with. "July 18th". <br /> 20 Page 5, line 25: Add "Councilmember Marks said he had received a phone call <br /> 21 complaining about the Police Department." <br /> 22 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 23 RELOCATION OF THE SAV LIQUOR WAREHOUSE. <br /> 24 Dennis Cavanaugh, of C. G. Rein Company, the owners of Apache Plaza, was present <br /> 25 to discuss the proposed relocation of the SAV Liquor Warehouse. Councilmembers <br /> 26 received a copy of a Letter of Intent which outlined the terms. SAV Liquor Warehouse <br /> 27 would be located within the Apache Plaza Shopping Center if and when a portion of the <br /> mall is sold to SuperValu. SuperValu is negotiating with Cavanaugh to purchase part <br /> of the mall for a CUB Food Store. City Manager Mornson and Mayor Ranallo <br />
