02/07/97 12:12 '8`812 935 8814 RCM ASSOCIATES 1a003/015 Agreement No. PW 07-10-97 County Project No. 9705 County State Aid Highway No. 27 City of St. Anthony County of Hennepin CONSTRUCTION COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT AGREEMENT, Made and entered into this day of , 19 , by and between the County of Hennepin, a body politic and corporate under the laws of the State of Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as the "County", and the City of St. Anthony, a body politic and corporate under the laws of the State of Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as the "City" . WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, The City, through its consultant engineer Rieke Carrol Muller Associates, Inc. , has prepared plans and specifications, received and opened bids and is prepared to award a contract for a roadway and utility improvement project known and identified its "1997 Watermain, Street and Storm Sewer Improvements: St. Anthony, Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as the "City Project"; and WHEREAS, Said City Project includes drainage improvements and associated restoration work at the intersection of 35th Avenue NE with County State Aid Highway No. (CSAH) 27 (a.k.a. Stinson Boulevard); and WHEREAS, That portion of said City Project within the County's Right of Way for CSAH 27 shall be identified in the County's records as County Project No. 9705 and shall hereinafter, be referred to as "C.P. 9705"; and .WHEREAS, The City has requested that the County approve said plans and specifications, authorize the City to perform the hereinreferenced work in County Right of Way and participate in fifty (50) percent of the construction costs of C.P. 9705; and WHEREAS, The .County has indicated its willingness to approve said plans and specifications and authorize the City to perform the hereinreferenced work on County Right of Way and participate in the construction costs of said C.P.
