02/07/97 12:12 $612 985 8814 RCM ASSOCIATES Q004/015 <br /> Agreement No. PW 07-10-97 <br /> CSAH 27; C.P. 9705 <br /> 9705 under the terms and conditions as hereinafter set forth; and <br /> WHEREAS, It is contemplated that said work be carried out by the parties <br /> hereto under the provisions of Minnesota Statutes 1992, Section 162.17, <br /> Subdivision 1 and Section 471.59. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED: <br /> I <br /> The City shall submit th-a plans and specifications for the City Project <br /> to the County for approval . <br /> II <br /> The City or its agent shill apply for, obtain, and comply with, at its <br /> sole cost and expense, all Pei,-mits and approvals from all other governmental <br /> or regulatory agencies as may be required to accomplish said C.P. 9705. Said <br /> permits and approvals shall be obtained prior to the start of any construction <br /> and made available to the County upon request. <br /> III <br /> The City shall include the work necessary to complete C.P. 9705 in any <br /> contract it awards for said C•Ity Project. It is understood that the apparent <br /> low bid for said City Project in the amount of Five Hundred Seventy Thousand <br /> Five Hundred Forty Seven Dollars and Thirty Three Cents ($570,547.33) was <br /> submitted by Northdale Construction. A copy of an abstract of all bids <br /> received is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and by this reference made a <br /> part hereof. <br /> IV <br /> Prior to beginning construction, the City shall furnish the County with <br /> two (2) complete sets of County approved plans and specifications for said <br /> City Project. Said plan sets shall all be on 11" by 17" paper and furnished <br /> at no cost to the County. <br /> V <br /> The City at its own cost and expense shall administer the contract and <br /> perform the required engineering, inspection and testing all in accordance <br />
