Proposed Amendment to Chapter 16, Zoning and Land Use <br /> Section 1615 - R-1, Single Family District <br /> 1615.05 Dimensional Regulations. <br /> Section 8. Lot Coverage.. The lot coverage for residential structures, including <br /> sidewalks, driveways, and other impervious surfaces may not exceed 35%. Buildin <br /> to land lot coverage for the following permitted and permitted conditional uses may <br /> not exceed 40%: <br /> Qa Public Schools or parochial schools which have a curriculum <br /> equivalent to a public school. <br /> b Publically owned recreational facilities including parks, play grounds, <br /> swimming pools and athletic fields. <br /> Qc Churches, temples or synagogues and their supporting homes <br /> convents or rectories. <br /> d Essential service structures including but not limited to buildings such <br /> as telephone exchange substations,_booster or pressure regular stations, <br /> wells and pumping stations, elevated tanks and electrical power <br /> substations. <br /> Le City buildings including fire and police stations and other municipal <br /> service buildings not considered industrial. <br /> Section 1650 - General Regulations <br /> 1650.05 Parking. <br /> Subd. 1. On-Site Parking. <br /> (3) Clubs and restaurants must have a number a parking spaces which is <br /> no less than the total designated seating capacity of the structure <br /> divided by 2.5, plus one parking space for each employee on the <br /> largest shift. <br /> (11) The parking requirements in the R/O District and R-1 Permitted <br /> Conditional Uses will be set by the Council according to the expected <br /> demand for the particular facility. <br /> Proposed changes to the City Ordinance are double underlined. <br />
