• <br /> CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 98-041 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF <br /> PROPERTY KNOWN AS 2716 ST. ANTHONY BOULEVARD <br /> WHEREAS, due to severe flooding of homes in St. Anthony Village, the City of St. Anthony <br /> developed a program to assist in the mitigation of flooding in that area receiving <br /> the most damage; and <br /> WHEREAS, as a integral part of that program, it was recommended that five homes in the <br /> flood area be purchased. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves the purchase of property known as 2716 St. Anthony Boulevard for the <br /> appraised value of$133,000.00. <br /> Adopted this day of , 1998. <br /> • <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> • <br />
