• <br /> CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 99-053 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST FROM <br /> ST. ANTHONY/ NEW BRIGHTON SCHOOL DISTRICT #282 <br /> WHEREAS, ISD #282 has been ordered by the Deputy State Fire Marshal to construct a fire <br /> road around the high school/middle school complex; and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed Phase 2 of said project includes improvements to the existing City- <br /> owned service road located on the west side of the St. Anthony/New Brighton <br /> Middle School; and <br /> WHEREAS, ISD #282 has bid out for this project and included as a part of Phase Two (to be <br /> completed in Year 2000), rehabilitation of said City-owned service road at a <br /> cost to the City of$8,933.00. <br /> • NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony, <br /> hereby approves the request from ISD #282, as a part of their construction of a fire road, for <br /> rehabilitation of the City-owned service road located on the west side of the St. Anthony/New <br /> Brighton Middle School at a cost to the City of$8,933.00. <br /> Adopted this day of , 1999. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed by Administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
