3® <br /> • (a) Dish Antennas not greater than nine square feet in cross sectional area, <br /> which do not exceed six feet in height as measured from the base of the <br /> Dish Antenna to the highest point of the Dish Antenna. <br /> (b) Dish Antennas and towers erected or constructed by the City for City <br /> purposes. <br /> Subd. 2. Location. The following additional requirements apply Dish Antennas located <br /> in any residential district: <br /> (a) Dish Antennas greater than nine square feet in area may not be located on <br /> the roof or exterior wall of a principal or accessory building. <br /> (b) Dish Antennas may be located only in the rear yard. <br /> (c) No Dish Antenna may be located or maintained, at any time,permanently <br /> or temporarily, closer to the allowed buildable area of a principal building <br /> on any adjacent lot than it is to the principal building on the lot on which it <br /> is located. <br /> Subd. 3. Screening. The Building Official may require, as a condition to a permit,that a <br /> Dish Antenna installed in a nonresidential district be screened from residential districts located <br /> • within 100 feet of the Dish Antenna. . <br /> Subd. 4. Height. Dish Antennas in residential districts may not be in excess of 12 feet in <br /> height, measured from the ground elevation at the base of the Dish Antenna to the highest point <br /> of the Dish Antenna. In all other zoning districts, Dish Antennas may have an overall height of <br /> no more than 18 feet for either a ground mount or roof mount, as measured from the point at <br /> which the antenna is mounted to the roof or the ground elevation to the highest point of the Dish <br /> Antenna. <br /> Section 1680.11. Repeal of Section 1160. Section 1160 of the City's Code of Ordinances is <br /> hereby repealed in its entirety. <br /> Section 3.
