Televise sanitary sewer lines in Kenzie <br /> Terrace Area. $5,000 <br /> 4. Continue to identify and eliminate <br /> sources of inflow and infiltration to the <br /> sanitary sewer system. $20,000/annually <br /> 5. Construct closed-loop booster pump <br /> station to serve the area near Rankin <br /> Road and 32°a Avenue $729,000 <br /> Total Cost of Improvements $1,049,000 <br /> 111. Development Driven Improvements <br /> There are a number of recommended improvements, which are anticipated to be <br /> needed as a result of development either at Apache Plaza or in the Southern portion <br /> of St. Anthony in the vicinity of Kenzie Terrace. Construct new trunk sanitary sewer <br /> line and increase the capacity of the <br /> Foss Road lift station to serve <br /> Apache Plaza redevelopment. $1,580,000 <br /> 2. Rewire and re-pipe High Service <br /> Pumps No. 3 and 4. $537,000 <br /> 3. Provide Additional water main <br /> looping in the Kenzie Terrace area. $592,000 <br /> 4.
