Page 5, line 24: Eliminate "t" on "plant". <br /> 16 <br /> 17 -Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 18 <br /> ig NOVEMBER 3RD SPECIAL HEARING ON ARKELL PROPOSAL <br /> 20 <br /> 21 In reference to the above, Commissioner Madden said- he was concerned that some <br /> 22 of the people, present for the hearing had not understood the Commission intended <br /> 23 to take action on the proposal after the recess. - Commissioner Hansen said <br /> 24 his own impression was that everyone percei-ved the project- had been returned <br /> 25 to sentori rental- and their goal had been achieved. He also re-called the - <br /> 26 Chair trying to tell the crowd as they were leaving that- the Commission <br /> 27 still had a decision to make that evening. <br /> 28 <br /> 29 Mr. Childs concurred, ,adding that those he had talked to after the hearing <br /> 30 seemed to have no misconceptions about that point. That impression had <br /> 31 been supported, he, .said-i by the fact that none of those-persons who were <br /> 32 present for the hearing returned for the -Council consideration, November 10th. <br /> 33 <br /> 34 Motion by Werenicz, seconded by Madden- to- approve with the following changes: <br /> 35 <br /> 36 Page 2, line 32: Insert-`a` between "represented" and "5%"� <br /> ,37 Page 9, line 2: Substitute "request"' for.-"report"'. <br /> 38 <br /> 39 Motion carried unanimously, <br /> 40 <br /> 41 COUNCIL MEETING REPRESE'N-rAT'IV.E..,,,D.E-,SI-GN.A.--TED <br /> 42 <br /> 43 Commissioner Madden will represent the Planning Commission at the November -25th <br /> 44 Council meeting. <br /> 45 <br /> 46 PUBLIC HEARING <br /> 47 <br /> 48 JOHN HERTOG SUBDIVISION WITHOUT PLATTING REQUEST FOR 2521 ST.
