ANTHONY <br /> NOTICE OF HEARING <br /> PETITION FOR VARIANCE <br /> TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing by the <br /> Planning Commission of the City of St. Anthony on Tuesday, April <br /> 21 , 1987 , at 7 : 35 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, <br /> 3301 Silver Lake Road (enter northeast corner) for the purpose: <br /> Consideration of a request for a variance from Brett <br /> and Robin Peterson for 3301 East Gate Road to allow <br /> construction of improvements which would connect an <br /> existing detached garage to the principal structure .(house) . <br /> The Zoning Ordinance requires a 5 foot sideyard setback for <br /> attached garages. The existing detached garage has a 2 foot <br /> • sideyard setback (non-conforming) which requires that a <br /> variance be granted when additional construction is planned. <br /> Anyone wishing to be heard with reference to the above matter <br /> shall be heard at said time and place.
