Evergreen Tax -Increment <br /> Project had not clearly indicated that the plan was in conformance with <br /> the City's Comprehensive Plan and had suggested another motion <br /> reaffirming that conformance would be desirable. <br /> Motion by Madden, seconded by Brownell to affirm that the Evergreen <br /> Townhouse proposal was in conformance with the City's Comprehensive <br /> Plan. <br /> Reservations to be Taken for Attendance at Planning Conference, <br /> September 14-17th <br /> Commissioners who were interested in attending any of the sessions of <br /> the American Planning Association Upper Midwest Regional Conference at <br /> the Holiday Downtown in Minneapolis were urged to let staff know in <br /> time to make the necessary reservations.
