This procedure measures the used carbon and measures the amount <br /> 43 of contaminents in the carbon. <br /> 44 <br /> yr, Item #/2 is for a report being done by the firm for EPA. The City Manager <br /> 46 stated he has indicated to the firm their report was not satisfactory and <br /> 47 he requested the Council not authorize approval of this payment. He felt <br /> 46 the three page report did not include sufficient detail nor analysis. He <br /> 49 has requested the firm to prepare another report. In response to his <br /> 50 request a thirty page report is being drafted at no additional charge. <br /> • <br />
