Northern States Power will move <br /> 26 the light poles and the Soo Line has been contacted <br /> 27 regarding the disposition of their tracks. Funding for this <br /> 28 project will be coning from the State of Minnesota. The <br /> 29 project should begin in the Spring of 1992. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 There is a Joint Powers Agreement in place with Columbia <br /> 32 Heights so the pedestrian crossing at 39th Avenue should be <br /> 33 done at the same time as the aforementioned pro3ect. <br /> 34 <br /> 35 10. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> 36 <br /> 37 A . Estimated Assessments on Chandler Drive <br /> 38 Only commercial properties will be assessed on this project. <br /> 39 The Meier Stewert firm will be preparing the assessments. <br /> 40 The curve in the road on the City-owned side of the Drive <br /> 41 will be smoothed out by City crews to meet the state <br /> 42 standards. <br /> 43 <br /> 44 The Public Hearing and awarding of the bid for this project <br /> 45 will take place at the same time. <br /> 46 <br /> 47 B. Ordinance No. 1991-006; Re: Moratorium <br /> 48 The City Manager advised that the only changes in the <br /> 49 ordinance since it had its first reading were• on pages 2 and <br /> 50 3 regarding the effective date of the ordinance. <br /> 51 <br /> 52 The City Attorney has reviewed the ordinance and copies of <br /> 53 the ordinance will be sent to members, of the Planning <br /> 54 Commission for their consideration. • <br />
